David Watson

David has over twenty years of architectural design experience in high-end residential homes and is naturally drawn to both engineering and technical complexities.  

Throughout his career, he has been driven to influence the design of the built form to allow enjoyable use, ultimately helping to enhance the occupant’s wellbeing. He has recently enhanced his own architectural design expertise, with the addition of a sparkly new Bachelor of Construction, majoring in property development to his toolkit.   

His new role at Egmont Dixon feels like the missing link: connecting everything he loves - property development, design and project management.
