Josie is an accomplished professional with an impressive 27-year career in the film industry, having held various roles including casting, production, executive assistance, facilities management, domestic and international shipping, visa processing across multiple countries and special projects. She has had the privilege of managing multiple and diverse projects directly for private clients within the industry.
After completing her Project Management certification, Josie returned to Taranaki to formalize her on-the-job training and put her skills to use. Her vast experience and exceptional skills enable her to make anything happen, no matter how complex the situation may be. Her systematic and thorough approach to project management ensures that every task is delivered to the highest standards and within appropriate rules and regulations, all while maintaining a positive attitude.
Josie is well-regarded by her colleagues and peers for her unwavering commitment to excellence. Her ability to deliver complex projects within impossible deadlines has earned her the trust of the most successful innovators in the New Zealand film industry. She brings this same level of dedication and professionalism to every project she undertakes, ensuring successful outcomes and satisfied clients.
In her personal life, Josie has a busy work schedule and a highly active toddler, which has kept her from her former hobbies of mountain biking, skiing, and trail running lately. However, she looks forward to re-engaging with these activities around the beautiful Taranaki region. Additionally, she may even dust off her pilot's license, which she earned in her early twenties.
