Jimmy is based in our Wellington office and is working on residential and commercial development projects across the country.

Prior to joining the team, Jimmy spent several years in Auckland working on development projects of all sizes, types, and complexity ranging from small brownfield projects to larger-scale apartment and greenfield subdivisions.

Jimmy’s strengths lie in strategic thinking, risk management, and a focus on striving always to get the best outcomes for his clients and the end user. As such, he prides himself on delivering projects, on time, to budget, and to a quality expected from project inception onwards.

Jimmy is always on the lookout for better, more efficient, and sustainable ways of achieving project objectives. By way of illustration, he played an integral part in piloting a new project delivery methodology initiative that reduced the overall pre-construction stages of projects significantly and led to greater collaboration of project team members and stakeholders.

Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Auckland.
