As the lead consultant for BNZ’s fit-out within the newly constructed BNZ Place situated at 1 Whitmore Street, Wellington, Egmont Dixon oversaw all aspects of BNZ’s new fit-out across over 12,000 square metres of prime tower tenancy space on Wellington’s waterfront.
To provide a new home for BNZ in the capital city after the 2016 Kaikoura Earthquake, Egmont Dixon provided a bespoke management service – that was flexible enough to adapt to the evolving needs of the bank during planning stages, but also provided concise and reliable guidance as options were considered and decisions were finalised in each stage of the project.
This project scope included design management, consent & compliance oversight, procurement, coordination with base-build construction team(s), integration into BNZ internal workstreams, extensive services works including IT, AV & Digital, and relocation of BNZ staff from existing office locations.
