Chapman Tripp engaged Egmont Dixon to manage their fitout of two floors within the landmark 20 Customhouse Quay building on Wellington’s waterfront in late 2021.

The Project Management scope of work for this project included the complete removal of the previous tenants' fitout, oversight of the entire design process, consent management and delivery of the construction package.

Navigating this project through national COVID-19 lockdown restrictions while seeking to achieve a top-end fitout, the delivery of Chapman Tripp’s Wellington office is a testament to our unrelenting commitment to quality.

This award winning project required fine tuned coordination across the entire project team to ensure that the base-build provisions of the building were appropriately integrated, and the construction occurring in an otherwise occupied high-rise building could be completed without issue.
