Completion Date: 2018

A special and integral component of this project for BNZ was the new BNZ Partners Centre concept. Inspired by the culture and soul of Wellington, this transformation saw BNZ win multiple awards for the design, which changed the customer experience for BNZ completely.

Involving circa 6,500 square meters across 10 levels, Egmont Dixon was engaged again as client-side project manager and lead consultant for the fitout project and integration to the base build seismic upgrade. As with all our projects partnering with BNZ, Ricoh House also included stakeholder management across the BNZ business, extensive IT, digital, security and infrastructure design alongside the fit-out works.

The programme for the completion of this project had to be condensed and required careful consideration of methodology and staging.  Through detailed planning and close working relationships with both the main contractor and separate contractor teams, we were able to accelerate the programme and commence occupation of the lower floors early in the project, allowing the termination of other leases across the city.
