Following such a positive sales process, our team had to quickly progress the project in order to meet agreed timeframes, which were very tight.
Egmont Dixon were engaged by our client to provide end-to-end development and project management delivery services for the development. To maximise programme efficiency and speed, the development was procured via a full design and build contract using Laings Construction Limited and was fully constructed in 12 months.
