The facility spans a site area of 6,240m² and features a 1,500m² building, divided between factory space and a bulk stacking area with a drive-through canopy. It includes a 1,230m² concrete area and a 3,510m² grassed area, prepared for future warehouse development with on site stormwater treatment. He Ahi Limited Partnership engaged a local contractor Wade Construction, under a negotiated design and build contract, ensuring a bespoke fit-out tailored to the client's and tenant's needs.

By providing additional guidance and support, ED helped the contractor adapt to the Design and Build model, demonstrating our commitment to delivering excellence. This project exemplifies our ability to manage complex developments and integrate innovative solutions for a sustainable future.
