Ngāmotu House

A recent project for Te Ātiawa Iwi involved the comprehensive commercial building redevelopment including seismic strengthening, façade replacement, and a full office fitout at Ngāmotu House, New Plymouth. Critical to our clients brief was the importance of cultural narrative integration throughout the design. Ngamotu House was to become the home for not only Te Atiawa, but Taranaki Iwi also.

For this project, we provided development and project management services throughout the project - successfully delivering on time and within budget. This experience allowed us to demonstrate our capability to resolve complicated technical issues and align solutions with client expectations for large-scale works.

We are so proud of this project and our relationship with Te Atiawa, we are also tenants within the building, we believe in supporting those who support our whanau.
