For this project, Egmont Dixon provided end-to-end development delivery services. From initial feasibility, through development and resource planning, and then complete project management through delivery this was a flagship development within Petone, Lower Hutt which forged the way for medium density housing in the local area.

The site, located on Jackson Street, Petone was transformed into 29 2-storey terrace houses, with commercial tenancies located on the High Street frontages. Associated landscaping and urban design was also integrated into the development including a public laneway.

As part of the overall partnership with Taranaki Whānui, The homes were first offered to iwi members (uri) prior to being marketed publicly.

This project was a 2021 finalist in the Toitanga Best Awards.
